How do I acquire a treasure similar to one that you've already sold?

Our pieces are often one-of-a kind, from a limited series, or made in small runs. However, if there is a relic, piece of art, or specific potion that you are especially drawn to, please reach out. We will be happy to either collaborate with you, curate something personal, or summon something similar into manifestation.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. We are located in the south of France, and thus international orders (especially outside of Europe) can be incredibly vexing to wait on. Given current tariff squabbles between the putrescent regimes of waning power, we offer the best possible tracking options available to us.

Many of your products are rather expensive. Are there ever sales?

Gone are the days of undercharging for the labor, craft, and alchemy of our in-house artists and coven of makers (or cunning folk collaborators), sacrificed at the altar of corporate greed and hollow competition.

All of our mirabilia are exactly what they claim: rare, precious, and potent. Seeking something cheaper? There are countless soulless corporate beasts willing to sell you less, for less — diminished in quality, diminished in magic, void of potency. We are not Temu, Amazon, or Etsy… and we do not mingle with them for a reason.

That being said, we do cast small charms of generosity via occasional promotional enchantments across our social media circles and various listings, and a continual discount code of parity — AEQUALIBRA — to balance the scales between the euro and dollar, so our values and intentions may remain aligned.
