Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (France):

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Typical domestic shipments within France using Colissimo range from €7–€12. Express Chronopost options are available for faster delivery at additional cost.

International Shipping (Europe):

    Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination, and international transit times vary by country. Typical European shipments range from €12–€25, while packages to destinations further afield (e.g., North America) may incur higher rates and extended delivery times.

    Please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, or other duties may apply in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

    For urgent international shipments, we also offer express options where available at an additional cost.

     

    Free Shipping 

    We offer free standard shipping on orders over €200 within France or Western Europe

    Shipping Restrictions

    We currently ship to France and most European countries, with a focus on destinations within the Schengen Zone. We may also accommodate orders to other countries; however, please note that additional shipping costs and potential customs delays may apply. This is especially relevant for shipments to North America, given current tariff regulations and international shipping complexities.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through [carrier name/website].

    Customs & Import Duties

    For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mirabilia@melusinescauldron.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

    Address Changes

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been shipped.
