• The Candle

This sculptural potion bottle candle is hand-poured using a custom House mould, taken directly from a real vintage apothecary bottle and skeleton key. The original vessel, one of a collection of highly coveted personal potion bottles, was carefully preserved through mould-making to retain every detail, inscription, and contour. These candles were created with liminal and road opening spellwork in mind: ideal for working with Threshold Dieties, Psychopomps, or for focused workings, offerings, and intentional acts of magic.

The front features a larger antique skeleton key, pointing down. The reverse bears the inscription “Eight Ounces Pure Honey.” 

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using locally sourced beeswax, lending a warm, natural glow and subtle honeyed scent when unlit. Though repeatable, each pour carries slight organic variations, preserving the character of a handmade object rather than a factory replica.

•Considerations 

Beeswax naturally develops subtle bloom and surface variation over time, a hallmark of purity rather than a flaw. Trim wick before lighting and allow wax to pool evenly during the first burn for best performance. As with all sculptural candles, this piece may be enjoyed either as a functional object or preserved as a display curio.
